HOW CAN I PURCHASE FROM THE PERIWINKLE ONLINE STORE?

HOW DO I KNOW WHICH SIZE TO ORDER?

Kindly refer to our Size Guide for general measurements. Please do note that each item may have some slight variations due to the style and cut.

HOW MUCH IS THE DELIVERY/SHIPPING FEE?

Shipping costs may vary according to the size and weight of the order, as well as the delivery destination. The final cost will be reflected upon checkout of the shopping cart.

 

HOW MANY DAYS WILL THE DELIVERY TAKE?

For Metro Manila, three (3) to five (5) working days upon receipt of payment. Provincial delivery will take up to five (5) to fourteen (14) days. Kindly note that counting will begin from the ship out date excluding Weekends and Holiday. We ship out one (1) business day after payment has been verified. 

 

HOW CAN I TRACK THE DELIVERY STATUS OF THE ITEM(S) I PURCHASED?

Once your item/s has been picked up by our courier partner, you will receive an email with your tracking number and tracking URL. 
If your order has not arrived on the delivery date indicated in the email confirming the purchase, you may contact our customer service representative at orders@myperiwinkle.com to inquire about its status.

I LIVE OUTSIDE THE PHILIPPINES. IS INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING AVAILABLE?

At the moment, shipping is only available for delivery addresses within the Philippines.

 

CAN I PAY USING ANOTHER CURRENCY?

We currently only accept Philippine Peso (PHP).
